The Westcliff Flats Residents Association is a community based organisation that is situated in Westcliff,Chatsworth. It was Established in July 1998.The organistion has been challenging goverment for the last eleven years on service issues.The organisation has twelve members that work tirelessly on a daily bases persueing the cause for a better life for the community
